BuddyBar for Teams has a free 30-day trial and no card is needed, so you can try it properly before you pay.

What Can Be Refunded

• Your first payment: a full refund within 14 days, on a monthly or yearly plan.
• A yearly renewal: a full refund within 14 days of the renewal.
• Later monthly payments: these aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you aren't charged again.
• Something went wrong: if you were charged by mistake, or Teams didn't work and BuddyBar couldn't fix it, ask anyway, whenever it happened.

You may have more rights where you live, and this policy doesn't take those away.

How to Ask

Paid plans are sold through Link, so refunds go through them. Use the link in your receipt email, or go to support.link.com. You can also email hello@buddybar.io and BuddyBar will help.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, including any tax you paid.

What Happens to Your Team

After a refund, your plan ends. Everyone keeps the colors they have, as described in the terms.
